Bespoke & Made to Order

All bespoke and made-to-order pieces are produced following full payment confirmation. Once your order is placed, you will receive a measurement document to complete, alongside colour selections where applicable.

Upon receipt of your completed measurements and selections, your request is passed to our tailoring studio and production begins.

The standard production period is approximately 14–21 days from the date measurements are received. We recommend placing your order well in advance to allow adequate time for production and delivery.

Bespoke garments may be created in your preferred size, colour, and fit. Final pricing is determined by the level of customisation and pattern alteration required. All costs are communicated transparently and can be outlined in detail upon request prior to production.

Made to Order is available for select out-of-stock items or pieces from previous collections, produced specifically for you in your chosen size.

Before placing a Made to Order request, we ask that you carefully review and understand the Terms & Conditions outlined on this page.

Full payment is required prior to the commencement of production. Once confirmed, all bespoke and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Orders cannot be cancelled, and no changes to size or colour can be made after production has begun.

By placing an order, you confirm acceptance of both the Made to Order Terms & Conditions and our general Terms, Conditions, and Shipping Policies.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete measurements. Oshiozena cannot be held responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements submitted.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in the listed prices. These charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations and remain the responsibility of the client. We recommend consulting your local customs office prior to placing an order.

You will receive email updates as your order progresses, including tracking details once your garment has been dispatched.

Please ensure all shipping and billing information is correct at the time of purchase. Should you need to amend your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at info@oshiozena.com.

As all bespoke and made-to-order garments are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

In exceptional circumstances, exceptions may be considered. Please contact us directly at info@oshiozena.com should you believe your request qualifies.
